Graduation gift

On Saturday May 8, I graduated from Hillsdale College!

And yesterday evening I received an amazing graduation gift from my grandparents - A TOWNSEND CUTTER (with two blades)! I was absolutely floored, and can't wait to try it out on some new wool that is just dying to be cut! :)

FRESH START

It's official: Last night I turned in my last final at Hillsdale College! It feels so good to be done. Graduation is on Saturday! I can't believe four years flew by this quickly. But now it's on to bigger and better things! I am so glad to have the time to start designing rugs now.....filling the sketchbook with ideas as we speak! Be looking for patterns for sale in the near future. :)

A Favorite!

Another newly finished rug! "Birds and Pomegranates," by Edyth O'Neill, was a joy to hook. I absolutely love the colors in this rug. Mrs. O'Neill continues to be one of my favorite designers - she is truly an inspiration to me! Now for the finishing....

Finished!

Here is one of my most recent rugs. It was wonderful to hook - now I just have to do the finishing! This design, "Westport Flowers," is by Lib Callaway.
